The coolant should be a fingers length below radiator neck...long finger. Point the rotor toward you before you pull the distributor. Ordinary shellac will seal a head gasket. Pull plugs, transmission in third, pull on the right front wheel to find timing mark. Salesman's business card is about right for point gap. Strand from screen wire will clean a carburetor jet. A tin can will make a good axle shim. Clean battery posts with vinegar. Water repellant......slice a potato ......rub on the windshield. Clothes pins on the gas line for vapor lock. Wrap a rag around the handle of the engine crank. A thin dime will set the sparkplug gap.
